Did exercise today. Used YT, not so proud of focus and commitment but did it. Rewards speak for themselves. Realization of long term yada yada. Consequences. Less possible gains, no girls, sign of laziness. I let myself down literally in the present bc robbing myself of the possibility for better gains and a better mind accompanying the god physique. Socially needed to be who I am. It’s necessary and I am necessary to my own lrocesses to do it.
