No sugar desserts or sweet treats ( except up to 300 calories worth allowed one day per week) sugar in savoury items is allowed. Sauces are allowed IN REASONABLE, PORTIONED MODERATION. Natural sweetners (e.g. maple syrup, honey etc) in desserts is allowed.
Natural sweetner and low calory sweetners are permitted but not recommended and should be in moderation
