| I had a major setback, unsure why. At 74.4 this morning, so met goal for the week but nowhere near the original weekly goal. | |

Not a good week. 74.9. So really up again. Stress, travelling, not planning, sadness (we had the urn ceremony Friday). Will try better coming week. |

| I met the goal, the weekdays were not good, but I had a disciplined weekend. I hope I can continue like this. Today I was 74.2, and I need/want to be at 74.0 at the weekend. | |
