I came Back to Gym on 8Th August 2025 after a day break on 7th August 2025.

With Darshil as My instructor, I did the following :

1. Triceps and Lat Muscles - 3 Sets - 12-15 Reps Each with 5Kg Weights
2. Short and Long Bar cable Back muscles Workout
3. Arthachakrahasana & Padhahasthahasana - 10 Reps - 2 Sets
4. Finally, The Fun part Traps works and Short and Long Bisceps 8-10 Reps - 3 sets each

Fantastic and It is Actually Three days Now -

Very Regular and prompt. But I need wait and watch how it actually goes - as my MBA Hustle might "deter" me some day but I am "determined"

My Energy levels are Great, as I see the regularity building and allowing me to think better.
