Do I really want a day’s worth of bacteria (blue), viruses (violet), molds (malachite) pollutants (plum) in my nasal passage? Or to be dried out? Or to miss out on the vasodilation of bicarbonate? Or to miss out on the antiseptic effect of sodium? Or to miss out on that clean, fresh, healthy feeling? Or to miss out on an evidence-based saucha practice?
