So today is sep 2 2025, the first day so today I was partially successful like 5%. My problem is first of all am on summer break and I dont wake up early like at 10 am and then I say just till I finsh breakfast and start watching something and then just like that It pass lunch time and only then do I start to get things done. Focusing becomes insanely hard, and after 45 minutes to 1 hour , my chore time will come then my parents will come then it will be night and no lights till the 1st half of the night then I will be like no its too late for studies latest just sleep. So from day one what I have realized is bargaining with myself for some silly gratification is not applicable, 1 hour become 3, 5 then goes on. So starting from tomorrow Sept 3 I will wake at 6 am, then no movies, youtube or social media till the check list is done with. Lunch, breakfast and chores will have to go by in absolute silence, their is also this game minecraft which is absolutely ruining my time management if this goes on, I have to uninstall it too.. So immediate plan If tomorrow I dont follow the above rules, if I dont finsh the check list completely, If I dont wake up at 6:30 am, I will have to block , movies, anime , manga, and logout of my youtube. Account for good. The above will be executed immediately |
