Greetings again, goals as usual (25.09 german timezone)

Achieved 4h of memorization

But only around 3h and 40 minutes walking/training.

The issue is my business tasks are stacking, but I could have accomplished it all if I would have simply put the training first instead of insisting on that business task.

Now its 8:30pm, cold, dark and I am extremely tired having to wakeup at 03:30 again, legs sore.

Once this month is done, I will change the memorization time to 3 hours instead of 4 hours and take Friday of completly.

Like that I will have time for business and other important tasks.

Furthermore 4 hours is also too much, the first 2 hours in the morning are great, except the last 30 minutes, the same is true for the 2 hour memorization block at night, the last 30 minutes are a  waste.

That would be a superoptimized time that I can keep running fluidly without getting sick so quickly and having more time for business tasks + recovery.

I expect more insights from this month grind on what is the optimal routine.

For today I would say I failed simply on the basis that i prefered the business task over the training during that 1 hour afternoon break.

In the next 30 days block I will also add a 20 minute buffer window for extreme cases.

Proof attached.

Greetings again Vedha.

Todays goals as usual 4 hours of memorization and training/walking

24.09, german timezone.

All accomplished

I recovered well and feel strong.

I fell asleep around 11am though, crash sleep.

I usually do not need to nap, but this training, memorizing and waking up early is a brutal combination that truly brings my body to its limits.

Furthermore I also finished memorizing a Chapter with 30 verses, I will keep refining it tomorrow and then move on to another chapter.

Tasks today 4h Quran memorizing and 4H training (22.09 German timezone)

All done

Proof attached.

I felt sick in the afternoon and laid down an hour.

I think this mental, physical and spiritual training is too hard.

But I am tired of making excuses and negotiating with myself.

The rewards and the blessings are too great to pass, even on a day to day basis.

Marathon is now 33 days away.
