I will likely increase the training volume again in the next 7 days and will completly eliminate walking from the equation.

1,5 Hours Quran memorization
And 2 hours of Gym

All of that except on friday.

I made it gym only because I took the walking option way too much that I got out of training even.

I didnt drink any caffeine in over 200 days, I will drink a coffee for the next 20 something days to get my routine restored... and then its almost time to fly to Indonesia, a different timezhone, then Abu Dhabi, another timezone... for 2 weeks.

That means my sleep routine will be busted again, lol.

Tactical melatonin and coffee are good for travel.

But my routine is very very good nowadays and I get all done, sports, my islamic duties, business, time with family and calm time.

Its really good to wake up around that time.

Once it became a habit I will drop the coffee again.

Nothing much to say, except that I am very tired, I only slept 4 hours because I visited my grandpa yesterday in the evening, took a 2 hour nap and made it through the day.

Seems I almost fully recovered.

In regards to the timedoctor screenshot, I only record critical times like wakeup time and memorization.

Btw, for the wakeup goal, lets make it between 03:30 and 04:00, if I record later, then this is failed.
