There is always something good to do, whether hang out with friends, call someone, go on a walk, do productive work, or work on a hobby. All of these options are way better than Youtube binge.
I must pay the penalty if during these 2 weeks if I watch any video on Youtube not connected to a productive endeavor while working. Or if I watch more than 15 minutes of unproductive videos in one day or more than 3 recommended videos in a row.
