Hardest part again Anki I should restrict times 1. 10-12 for review 2.post food review learn 3.every 3 hours do review in learn after that 4.in 23.00 last review now for study: it's still hard for the molecules to add times, tomorrow I have work at certain times plus I have to restrict times with my tutors I have tomorrow 1.give the chemistry tutor my syllabus, and subject I want to do - *post anki no more then 15 min *if it takes more then that, just do the trial and postpone 2.tell my planning tutor that I understood my blockage, and now I have structures *meeting shouldn't take more then 30 min 3.make a plan for new student in work, 9-10 I have time to wake up for sketching molecules the times: 1.between tutors what I have from memory directly, should take 30 min 2.then second post tutors full design no more then 30 min continue 3.after reviewing the whole material in days 1-3 30 min continue 4.after studying the main material guidelines set timers in the morning for this plan designing molecules a few times per phase, x5 per phase then next x5 and so forth this plan made in 10 min, I should review it tomorrow with timers |

particular day, work+training kills flow, I did my best, in ideal days I would finish 2 days work, so that's not a problem, I'll try to condense sketching everything makes things slower, but it makes you understand better, each day I should add 1.30hr to sketch (x3 for glycolisis for now, until I'll be able to do that by memory for a few days, then reduce to twice, and then once) First I should only draw molecules and NADH ATP, H2O ecc then for each phase a name and then an enzyme On anki I should add all the molecules the names per molecule so that I would work both ways, I have all of the photos, so it's good, I have everything in words as well separately tomorrow I have work (small in the morning and 2 hours from 4-6 so not that much) as well, but I'll study with concentration (riti), the goal is to finish what left from the program, and to finish a whole day if wouldn't have Krebs, because I would have to go to sketch new molecules, but now I have sources, I'll see how it goes, slowly but surely Read that tomorrow and see what's finished and if I have only a good reason, I can submit true report |

Now this is a problematic one, because the plan was a bit more difficult then I expected, casue I needed to study a bit more, more pathways, something that sticks only after a week, but I had to do it in order to continue with the plan, so maybe I'll continue fast problem is that I should insert 2 hours a day of sketching molecules, so maybe the material will become slower, I hope I'll adapt, knowing the rhythm of the exam and how to study better for it Now I'll resketch for a few minutes before sleeping I'm satisfied though, because I always do better then yesterday, and anki is making the connections better |
