Limit solo and hedonistic computer use to 5pm-6pm. This includes: All social media, all games, all porn and all daily news/sports (scores and news) reading outside of google, as well as doordash. Can watch sports and bingeable tv shows with others.

Swear I logged yesterday, but it said I didn't? At least I meant to. I continue to do well on my goals, despite what the numbers say, with only one real slip up. One thing i've noticed is that hedonistic hour has become less and less the focal point of each day. I've committed to getting out into the world, connecting with people, etc. Now, I don't always take the hour. When I do, I find myself looking forward to philosophy lectures, things that actually connect with my genuine interests (rather than doom scrolling, watching videos of other people playing video games I don't play, etc.) |

| My first real fail. Up late into the night the night before last on youtube, reddit, etc. Then much of yesterday was spent that way as well. Noticing if I don't replace the tech use with connection and adventure, I'm likely to fail. Vaminos! | |
