| I'm struggling! But I think I'm going to start doing record speed-dating like Jenny did with books... Sort of. Just compete with myself to see how many notes I can finish in an hour. Shoot for an hour a day rather than 35 records a day because that's just a lot. And I will get caught up this way. It's more manageable. It'll take longer. But I should be able to actually do it. Because when I succeeded at this before, I was doing 40 minutes a day rather than a set number of records. I think that was good. So...starting with 60 minutes a day this week, and then we'll see if we want to increase that or stick there. (and I can do more if I'm on a roll, of course!) | |

| Well crap. Here's the thing. I've been doing a terrible job. Terrible. And I'm making mental excuses, and some of them are valid - like I got my covid and flu shots and felt like trash for 2.5 days. I also just missed checking in on Sunday/Monday, but I really didn't do what I should have last week. So I deserve to pay. Thought I can't believe I gave money to that fool. I have to do better. I'm so tired. It's been a week. Ugh. | |

My underlying anxiety is so high every day, but it's like I have a block and can't do it. So, this will help - it helped a ton in the past, and I can do this. Records aren't fun, but they're necessary. I'm a professional. I have to do this. Any records I get done during the work day can count toward the following day's note quota. Think ahead, Melody - how amazing will it feel to be caught up? AMAZING |
