Demonstrate that I’ve been on some kind of weight maintenance or loss scheme (it must involve actual data, not just healthy eating or whatever) throughout the goal window. Also demonstrate that a new weight loss or maintenance scheme has been implemented of at least three months duration as a followup to this one.
