WHY? Because I didn't check the match between Arthur's SRS schedule and the Event Tracker, Didn't do the Event Tracker actions to confirm the SRS LR ELS for Dec., Didn't mark the OMS I LR ELS "Kyle only available in PM," Two LR ELSs were not taught! It's also likely why I don't have a plan for the Feb CARES Self-Persuasion ELS!
