Set the new Preply experimental schedule before 5 Jan. it will be 8 hours each day. Mon, wed, Friday 8:30-12:30 13:30-17:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays will be 12:30-16:30 and 17:30-21:30. Try it for atleast 2 weeks and see if it is useful.
