I will consume no snack foods from 29 December 2025 until 31 December 2026.

Snack foods include (but are not limited to): crisps, seasoned nuts, sweets/candy, chocolate, biscuits, cakes, pastries, and toast eaten as a snack or side item.

These foods may not be consumed at any time, including with meals.

Any consumption of these foods constitutes failure.

If I succeed, I will give £1,000 to Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

If I fail, I will invest £1,000 in the $Trump crypto coin.
