Last two week, i didn't submit the report. I only exercised twice - i did cycling and leg day. Didn't have much time to do.

Last week, I did all
Tuesday (8.00 - 9.00 pm) - jogging on treadmill
Thursday (9.30 - 10.30 am) - leg day
Friday (8.30 - 10.00 pm) - cycling

Sunday (10.30 - 13.30 pm) - hiking at Tai Tong Country Park with 20k steps - burning around 300 kcal.
Tuesday (9.00 - 10.00 am) - upper body workout
Thursday (9.00 - 10.30 am) - leg and glutes workout (hitting new record with 72kg on leg machine. let's see next week)

Hope can have more time to do exercise!

Sunday (6.00 - 7.00 pm) - leg and glutes workout with my friend
Tuesday (8.30 - 9.30 pm) - shoulder and back workout
Wednesday (7.00 - 7.50 pm) - jogging (first time being able to jog 20 minutes)

Will keep up with these no matter how busy I am.
