No fast food at restaurants except for special occasions
No mobile device after 9 pm and during the night when awake (expect for special circumstances when the phone is needed) Computer access after 9pm is for work and important matters that can’t wait until the morning Workout 4 times a week (two weight lifting and two cardio) Must be during the week in the morning but a little flexible Get up at 7 am during the week Call Mom weekly Flexibility when on vacations
