kinda failed at this tbh this past week - was feeling very rough and my lower back ached. maybe was fighting something off.

this week i went rock climbing with corinne on wednesday, did some heavy lifting up the stairs of the new place, and did a 7 minute body weight exercise on saturday at Neko’s place

Did two strength training videos! One was body weight bc I didn’t want to overdo it. Did it two days in a row again 😓 But it’s a win because I didn’t have time on Saturday and I was able to get it done early
