After my alarm goes off, I can only leave the bedroom once I am fully clothed (belt and all). I can't return until the alarms are over. I must no go back to bed after at all, I can't even lie on it.
Have breakfast, don't wait out the clock. Prepare your outfit the night before, hang it on the door
