Day 2: Yesterday night i switched off my phone and placed it on airplane mode 20 minutes before bed. I sill used it to listen to music but it was disconneceted from the wifi so i did not text nor use social media.

Day 1: Before going to bed last night i was on call with my friends, therefore i was unable to stick to my goal. And as it was late i excused this behavior by saying that i was tired so it was okay.
