I'm going to get into better shape by May. Eating sweets once a week, exercising 3 times a week, drinking water before each meal. Hopefully lose 10 lbs.

I actually ended my goal when we left San Antonio, since I was going to just do it until our trip to Hawaii. I just set this account up before I realized when we were going to fly out. Okay, maybe I didn't, but I didn't process the dates very well.

I'm glad that I did this. Now I know that if I need to drop a few pounds, I can just cut out calories and it will work. I'm also going to approach my treats differently from now on--maybe just 3 treats total each week. So I don't have to limit myself so strictly, but I still don't eat EVERYTHING that I see.

That will start after Hawaii.

I don't know that I am completely honest in reporting "yes" because I had book group treats on Tuesday night, and then I made a triple layer sour cream peanut butter cream cheese chocolate cake last night for a party, and I got special permission from my referee to have a slice and not have it count.

But I still did have a slice.

So maybe I'm going to not have any treats this week, even though it's graduation.

Honestly, the way I feel about it is this: I reached my goal. I made it to the weight I wanted and that was the point. I like how I look in my swimming suit and that was the point. Now I feel like I just have to endure one more week (one more week!!!!) and I can do that, I just don't really want to.

Also, another intense unpacking week and a 15 mile bike ride with friends is my exercise. I need to fit in three sessions this last week though, just to finish strong.

Boston Cream Cupcakes. It was a great week. Again, the 250 reps of the stairs while we were unpacking and the 100 reps of hauling boxes and the 3 reps of loading and unloading the bookshelves (ugh) until we got it right counted for my exercise.

And I am happy/elated to report that I have reached my target weight! So hopefully I'll be able to maintain it.
