March 23rd:
Total Screentime: 10 hours, 58 minutes
Phone Screentime: 2 hours, 8 minutes
Computer Screentime: 8 hours 50 minutes
Identified Problems:
- Using the internet to alleviate social anxiety symptoms from social interaction or a lack thereof.
- Isolating in a study room and studying for long periods of time with internet distractions.
- Horniness
- Maladaptive daydreaming/internet bad habits while at the dinner table, which include walking around with headphones on, listening to music, and engaging with exciting content.
- I keep reactivating TikTok, rationalizing the price is worth it, or not thinking about what I am doing as I do it. I almost entered this entry point before activating TikTok, which means I would have done more work to reactivate it. Additionally, the reactivation of TikTok for productive means typically doesn't work well, but I want to make it work.
- I still listen to YouTube/TikTok/Instagram/Netflix/Spotify while filling this out, possibly altering entries.
Potential strategies:
- Can maybe not think too much in regards to ignoring impulses, like I do when giving in to them, to prevent rationalization in regards to giving up to my impulses.

March 21st:
Total Screentime: 9 hours, 6 minutes
Phone Screentime: 1 hour, 14 minutes
Computer Screentime: 7 hours, 52 minutes
Possible productive strategies and beliefs:
- You do something, and then you will feel like doing it
- You need to stay away from loser/negative beliefs/people, even if they aren't responsible for their plight, and even if there is some truth to it. Usually, they are either impractical or wrong, so they are not worthy of being listened to. You determine what a negative mindset is, as you know what that is.
- Doing things that some immoral people sometimes do (that are not evil, however, and which are actually neutral/good) is sometimes needed for success.
- My word should become respectable/iron/concrete again, so that I follow through.
- Should spend as much time out of the house as possible
- Adopt the identity of being a disciplined person. You were once described as a robot + Walter White mixture (smart and disciplined/unemotional. Emotionally speaking, though, due to this, it ended up being a good life. Adopt this mindset/identity again.
- Make sure YouTube exposure is only for career exploration.
Identified problems:
- Not having goals determined at the start of the day. Should create it at night. Should have direction before the day starts.
- Environment leads to failure, needs restructure. Technology too accessible.

-TikTok accountability channel
-Meditation
-Involve friends for Accountability or Supporters
-Involve ChatGPT for Accountability
-Gamify life
Good ideas:
- Working hard = Hard work + Smart work
- Goals should be narrowed down, though.

Additional identified problems:
- Maladaptive Daydreaming.
- Starting and restarting over and over again.
- Focusing on feelings too much over logic and outcome.

- Strong emotions (shame, anger, nostalgia, depression (like when remembering playing Gmod earlier in life and Tf2 earlier in life), nostalgia generally).
