Seeks to understand how behavioral economics can be used to regulate firms who have an incentive to capitalise on consumer mistakes predicted by behavioral economics instead of competing on price and quality of service.

Finished first pass on a foundational paper "Consumer Protection for Financial Inclusions." Paper sets out to bridge regulator and academic understand of the concepts and challenges in consumer protection. Highlights the significant rise in adoption accelerated by new technologies and the challenges this poses. Explores fraud, high and hidden prices, post contract, discrimination and over indebtedness.
