| The stretch actually destroyed me every joint popped fr anyways I finally made room for my pull ups, I progressed to inclined push ups (couldn't do even one lol), and tried pistol squads I was surprisingly good at equilibrium in this one but my leg didn't reach 90 degrees AT ALL so 0 flexibility there. | |
