Ich hab gemerkt, dass es vermutlich besser ist commitments zu positiven dingen zu machen die ich regelmäßig tun will. Nicht zu negativen die ich lassen will. Sonst verschiebt sich das verhalten einfach auf einen Ort der nicht verboten ist aber mich auch nicht weiter bringt. Joggen ohne Kopfhörer, 10min meditieren, wären vermutlich besser. |
