| Had a bad day being tired and grumpy and relationship stress so I ate 3 thin mints but still earned a star! Woot. Thank god for thin mints. Really wanted to binge at lunch but made myself breathe and rest and that nap helped so much. I was satiated the rest of the day. Only light hunger for dinner. | |
