Adhering to my diet plan by sending a report of what I ate in Chrono app to my referee prior to confirmation.

The goal is to make sure I am eating healthily (no junk food, getting adequate protein, and less than 2300 calories).

Proof that I send to my referee will make all of this information easily accessible.

I didn't overeat but I didn't track my food in the app. Lowkey tracking food is annoying and has a pretty high degree of friction. I think I need to power through it a few times before I am able to reliably eyeball portions.

Didn't log anything + plus I ate slop anyway. Damn I am not doing too hot but I am going to try my best tomorrow. They banned a mfker on DoorDash cause I kept hitting on refunds, so this should be help in my journey towards healthy eating.
