| Today's session was a bit more focussed towards the role of extrinsic factors in achieving success. Luck and risk do play a significant role in anyone's success. When we consider someone's success as a by product of luck it usually means we are either jealous or mean. When we do that to our own accomplishments it just doesn't feel right. Invariably both luck and risk have a major role to play apart from individual effort when it comes to success. | |

| today was my second day of reading 10 pages daily, missed out on the initial few days but hopefully going forward I'll be doing it more religiously. Today in the novel Psychology of money the author pointed out how different people with varied experiences may base their financial decisions on their past encounters. We often make our decisions by assuming we that we have ticked all the boxes, but in reality that is just our understanding of how money should be spent and more often than not we are not MECE in our approach. | |
