No screen time or scrolling. I will be allowed to use tech for work and for personal business (e.g. paying bills, legitimate research). I will also be allowed to check the weather and check MLB scores in Baseball Reference app.
I will NOT be allowed to browse Reddit, Hacker News, YouTube suggestion, or any other feed or "scrolling" site. When I feel the urge, I will instead try one of: breathing, get up and move, take a break, go outside, or read instead.
