I will deliver a complete beta manuscript of my book to at least 10 beta readers no later than 9 August 2026. A complete manuscript means: introduction, conclusion, all planned chapters drafted, no placeholder sections remaining, and a PDF version distributed to beta readers. Proof will be provided via PDF file and screenshots of distribution.

This week, I've built an approximate plan for the next 2 months (see below). Plus I have finished 2 out of 9 chapters (the longest ones), with the plan to finish 2 more tomorrow (Sunday). Weeks 1 to 3: Finish the beta draft Week 1 - Close out Career and draft Productivity Deliverable: every bullet in the remaining Chapter 3 sections and all of Chapter 4 is turned into written advice in your voice. Verification: no bullet-only placeholders left in Chapters 3 and 4. Week 2 - Draft Emotions and the lighter lifestyle chapters Deliverable: all of Chapter 5 drafted, plus Chapters 6 and 7 (Food/Sports/Body and Beauty/Fashion) expanded from their "to be expanded" state into real sections. Verification: Chapters 5, 6 and 7 read start to finish with no gaps. Week 3 - Finish, patch, and lock the beta version Deliverable: Chapters 8 and 9 drafted, Conclusion written, the two unfinished sentences fixed, and one full read-through completed. Verification: you can export the whole thing as one continuous document labelled "Beta v1" with no obvious holes. This is your hard finish line for the writing sprint. Weeks 4 to 8: Marketing build plus beta readers in parallel Week 4 - Anonymous author foundation Deliverable: pen name chosen, IG and TikTok accounts created under it, bio written, three to five content pillars defined (for example: one advice-per-day snippets, relationship truths, career tactics, self-worth, behind-the-writing). Verification: both accounts exist and are set up. Also this week: send Beta v1 to your first batch of readers with a short feedback prompt. To be updated for the rest of the weeks based on my pace. |
