Every day, do at least 3 difficult pieces of admin or things I've been putting off and when I can, do it whilst visiting Pat so I can kiss two birds with 1 mouth (vegan version of killing 2 birds with 1 stone!) and this will really empower me.

Tomorrow what is urgent is feeling the fear and doing it anyway regarding contacting a lawyer for advice re: Parisha. Sorting out exotic pet insurance for 2 rats Sweetie Pie and Quantum (Maude) to cover emergency euthanasia, and scans etc. Paper prescriptions and nurse checks |

| Day 14 - After a blip when Karen from Nabiac came but that's okay because that was a wonderful week yesterday monday 10th august I successfully loaded up evidence for UC x2 and also appealed 3 parking permits and contacted vets. | |

Gruesome admin also includes difficult, dreaded stuff but I aye the frog and felt the fear and did 1 temporary set up with 1 rat baby to see if he is weeing blood with white tissue paper and also text lynsey to try and get a clean syringe for vet sample first thing tomorrow morning |
