Week 3 of 3
Clikas commits to:
healthy and sensibly eating according to nutrionist guidelines, chocolate, 2 squares a day. Cakes: only one piece on birthdays and do not repeat. One exception only: next week-end out: eat evertyhing even sweets, BUT little and never repeat. Exercise: 3 days a week except if proficcional meetings occur and if I can't change exercise date.

Yes I go on stikkking to my commitment. I have lost 1,5 Kgs in the meantime, which proofs that exercise and careful eating rewards. I'm happy! | |
