Clikas commits to:
healthy and sensibly eating according to nutricionist guidelines, chocolate 2 squares a day, cakes only 1 piece on birthdays and not repeat. Liquors at night only when arrhythmia occurs. Exercise 3 days a week except if professional meetings occur and if I can't change classes (note: this week only 2 days min)

Yes, I've been doing fine. But again I inform if I had not have to pay I wouldn't do it. But since I'm short of money it was OK. | |
