| This past week challenged my willpower and commitment to the big picture of sustaining healthy habits for life. I succumbed to the temptation of beer and chocolate. Shame on me. The most powerful lesson learned this week is that portion control is not so much taking less of a greater whole but, rather, having access to a lesser whole. | |
