| Plan is to start ramping up after Steamtown. I'm going to go with my tried and true 5/1 run/walk breaks. They have aid stations every 10 miles, and Susan has friends that live there that might be able to help us. Hopefully, a couple of folks will travel with us to help support us! :-) | |
