I did a lot of meditation this week before and during my retreat! My favorite moment was when the host got together all the ppl in the retreat and we did kundalini meditation. 15 minutes of shaking, 15 minutes of free form dance, 15 mins of sitting meditation and 15 minutes of sivasana. I also tried walking meditation in a labyrinth! So cool!

Last week I had my breakthrough session with Yoga Nidra! I did a metta meditation this week (loving kindness) and went to a parayana Buddhist philosophy class. It was awesome! yay

Although it's mostly been guided, I've plugged in my computer, lied back and done yoga nidra at least 3 times this week. I find that my REM sleep has been getting better and I'm dreaming a lot more!

Using guided meditation, I was able to meditate at least 3-4 times this week.... Sometimes it's so hard to stay aware but it's great to be able to keep coming back... I've bumped up to at least 30 min sessions before bed
