i commit to eating healthy for the next 4 weeks during the weekdays and one weekend day with lunch consisting of salad with grilled chicken or a frozen healthy meal or a protein bar. between 10-3. then a snack of fruit or yogurt or cottage cheese or granola between 3-5 and then dinner limited to one serving .this excludes one of the weekend day during which i can eat anything i choose.
