| I knew this week was going to be a bust. I stayed home sick (and sedentary) a couple days, plus indulged in some "junky" foods and alcohol with the Cats. On top of that, weighed in midday, which usually means a difference of a pound or so. Actually I'm surprised I came in as well as I did. | |
