Shutta Man commits to:
Meditate for at least 10 minutes first thing in the morning before anything else using any number of meditation techniques. I also commit to make time for this in my day and if it means going to bed a little earlier thats what I must do. I also commit to meditate for at least 10 minutes as the last thing I do in my day before going to sleep. I understand meditating is priceless for my health and success and I must accomplish this no matter what!

| I've had a lot going on in life and so much of it has been good. I've been keeping up with this but I will say that a reading today reminded me of the absolute importance of making this MY FIRST PRIORITY IN THE MORNING AND MY FIRST PRIORITY BEFORE BED. Just saying. | |

| In the past few weeks I've seen major improvements. One of them has been focusing on the Now more. Thanks to a ton of reading and listening to audio books such as the secret and the power of now I'm getting a better grip on this. I've got to be careful not to identify with it and not to label it. This is going really good for me :) | |

| I've got to say on this, I've come full circle and am now meditating more. I can see my personality is one that must absolutely be diligent with this. Its easy to get behind and not want to try at all. There are so many reasons to do this that its ridiculous to skip it. I'm here and sadly only hanging on by a thread to this commitment. | |
