| I'm still in one-on-one training with my personal trainer. Not sure I'm finding the fun in this yet, but I know it's all worth it. I've even managed 2 hours of exercise in the water at White Lake for the 2nd week in a row. | |

| I'm still in the one-on-one training sessions. I'm still discovering muscles that I didn't know existed. I spent 2 hours on Wednesdy in the water at White Lake doing exercises. I've spent 1 day doing more painting. | |
