In 7 months, I will have to look good while laying in my bikini on a cruise ship off to the Caribbean... Why I will have to look good? Firstly for myself. This will increase my confidence and mood. Apart from that I always wanted to look like Playboy model - nothing wrong with that. I got the boobs only the rest needs adjustment. So my master plan is, to: Not drink any sugar water Drink 1.5 liter water a day Go jogging again at least twice a week Walk the steps at work and leave the elevator aside Go swimming once a week Don't eat anymore sugar treats but healthier versions Don't eat pasta and similar in the evening Grow my hair longer by taking care of it Wash my face twice daily and use treatments Written down that sounds all fairly easy. And I WILL stick to it. |
