satsumabug commits to:
eat no more than five servings of dessert per week. This is still a lot, but I want to see how doing this makes me feel (deprived? okay? happy?). Since this is for health purposes, non-decadent desserts like fruit, angel food cake, etc., will be exempt -- unless I find myself resorting desperately to them, in which case dessert will mean everything except fruit.
There will be no exceptions to this rule, including special occasions and holidays. This will force me to plan ahead if I know I'm likely to indulge in the future.
