| Next step is to get back into daily exercise, I really need to just cut off TV/computer/etc. at night so I can get stuff done and go to sleep. My ideal is to exercise when I get up each morning, and immediately when I get home from work. | |

| I'm glad this commitment is almost over, so I can concentrate on the food one. But, feel like I learned a lesson, to just do what I can everyday and not stress out over the details. | |

| It's easier to exercise more frequently now that I've relaxed my standards/expectations about how much exercises counts... every bit counts! I'm also being more disciplined about using my fitness ball chair at work I got really lax about it but now I'm back to an "activated" stance most of the time. | |
