Really liking SlimKicker so far! I think it's helping me stick with my goals here. Although it might just be that eating low-carb, high-fat is now successfully ingrained as a habit. It's no problem for me to skip sugar, if I have any kind of high-carb thing it's a treat. Been having Bulletproof Coffee for breakfast on work days, which is great-- finally got my method down for brewing it so it's not too strong, using the Aeropress.

When this commitment is over, I'd like to expand it to include eating less bad fats but that will be a LOT more demanding... not sure if I will use Stickk for that. Sunday dinner & going out will be even more of a weak spot than it is already. But, if I make Sunday dinner my cheat day on those weeks it should work.

Pushed the bounds of my cheat day with Girl Scout cookies-- very much a "what the hell" moment. BUT, I did keep it to only one day.... still feel like that threw me off balance anyway, so I'm back on FatSecret to watch my carbs.

I'm glad I got the "Cure Tooth Decay" and "Deep Nutrition" books for my Kindle, so I can have them with me all the time. I've decided against eating mystery oils which means I pretty much can't dine out anymore... which is fine with me! Or if I do, it will be as a splurge and not pretending it's a good, regular thing to do.
