I worked out 4 times this week and did some personal training with my son (which kicked my butt). I feel tighter and a little thinner, but the scale did not move. I am still at 152 lbs. I guess I have hit that dreaded "plateau"! I need to think of some ways to get off this plateau quickly!

I have refocused my eating this week and when I stepped on the scale this morning I was back down to 152 lbs. 3 more lbs and I will reach my goal of weighing less than 150 lbs. I KNOW I CAN DO IT!!!

I actually pushed myself a little harder this week and worked out 5 days.

I stepped on the scale this morning and it said I weighed 155 lbs. Obviously not going to the gym 4 days per week makes a difference. I haven't been eating the best lately either. I need to refocus on my goals! 150 lbs....here I come!!!
