My New Year's Resolution

ontaskj commits to:
Arrive at my office by 9:30AM M-F.
Work 7+ hours between 9AM-7PM weekdays. (Measure this by recording activities in journal.) May spend 3 hour break time on: work, lunch, reading books, or L int's. At most 1 hour total on: gchat, composing nonwork e-mails, visiting nonwork websites, and talking to anyone about things not directly related to my work. On weekends, do 4+ hours of work, within 6 hours of arriving at work. At most 7 hours / week can be transferred to other days.
