I believe that journaling is a really healthy habit to get into. It helps you not only reflect on your life, but also share your own personal views without fear of judgement or criticism. This kind of freedom and reflection can only be seen as a healthy choice in maintaining a positive mental/spiritual outlook on life. Therefore, I commit to journal three times a week to gain said mental/spiritual health - on a side note hopefully it will also improve my writing skills.
