I'm now in the 17-17.5% range. It looks like I will achieve my goal if I keep on track!

All is going well. I use MyFitnessPal to track food and exercise. Linda makes healthy lunches and dinners. I work out 5-6 days per week and dropped from 20.5% to 18.5%-19% body fat. On track so far!

I will cook healthy food for you. You will reach your goal (otherwise, I might have some shopping to do, some painting to do, and we might as well throw in a new car, too)! :)
