In the last yr I have been craving pastries and chips much more than previously which I contributed to stress etc but had realization today - damn Walmart! Every entrance in every store has huge displays of cupcakes and chips and pizza, without fail! These displays continue down the entire length of the store. I've read articles about how they position these items to increase cravings so people buy these things but hadn't realized I was being fooled as well! I went grocery shopping today and am going to try and avoid going into the store mutilple times a day whenever I need one or 2 things, which has been my habit and hopefully not seeing all that junk food as much will minimize my craving for it! |

It was all that damn Mexican food.... I can't believe I gained a pound and I thought this wk would b easy (which is prob y I failed) I'm not going to bother recording Cals since I failed anyways and I have a busy day, unless u really want me 2 I can later |

I didn't think I would make it! Went out drinking and eating w Jenny a few x's and had 2 work really hard to mitigate that! Good warning for this wk to keep on track! The thought of giving gw $ had me doing 1-2hrs of cardio every day lol |
